三、认真组织课堂教学，打造高效课堂

针对以上所说不足，在此提出改善措施：

1.加强与学生的沟通。教师经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生知识掌握不够扎实，多主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情景十分重要，这样有利于针对性地对学生进行教育。无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不一样班级的情景，沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不一样问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地这些学生更好地学习。

2.注重课堂教学的组织，对学生严格要求。大部分学生的学习基础较，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经构成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成教师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的资料他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。
